Chief Executive Officer

Rendani is an ambitious and forward-thinking global entrepreneur, driven by a passion for innovation and business growth. Raised in the heart of South Africa, she has gained invaluable experience and insight through her family’s successful business ventures, which have shaped her understanding of the dynamic global market. With a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Rendani has immersed herself in a wide range of business sectors, including marketing, supply chain management, logistics and mining services.

Mulalo Colin Tshivhase
Chairman of the Advisory Board

Colin holds a Metallurgical Engineering Degree and Honours in industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business management from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He has completed Executive Management Programs at Wits, INSEAD, and London Business School. With experience in top Blue-Chip companies like Anglo American, Arcelor Mittal, and First National Bank, Colin is the Group CEO of Gundo Group and its subsidiaries. He’s also a director and shareholder of Turbine Capital and Musevhe Capital. Colin has represented South Africa at the G20 Summit in Nice (2011) and Hamburg (2022). Over 17 years, he’s grown a diverse group of companies employing over 2000 people in sectors like mining, logistics, agriculture, and finance.
